Enter your license key or sign in with your account to activate your subscription. New users can start a free trial.
Customize your protection settings or use our recommended defaults. Run your first scan to ensure everything is working.
Notes for your device
Windows 10 or later, 2 GB RAM, 1.5 GB disk space
Right-click the downloaded .exe file and select "Run as administrator" if prompted. Restart your computer after installation to complete setup.
macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later, 2 GB RAM, 1 GB disk space
Open the downloaded .dmg file and drag Antivirus Pro to your Applications folder. You may need to allow the app in System Settings > Privacy & Security.
Android 8.0 or later, 150 MB storage
Install directly from the Google Play Store. Grant the requested permissions to enable real-time protection and app scanning.
iOS 15 or later, 100 MB storage
Install from the App Store. Enable the VPN profile and notification permissions when prompted for full protection.
On Windows, right-click the installer and select "Run as administrator." On macOS, go to System Settings > Privacy & Security and click "Open Anyway." Make sure your download completed fully — a partial download can cause errors.
Double-check that you're entering the key exactly as shown in your confirmation email, including any dashes. If you purchased through a third-party retailer, the key may need to be activated on our website first. Contact support if the issue persists.
Temporarily disable any existing antivirus software, as it can interfere with the installation process. Ensure you have a stable internet connection, as the installer downloads additional components during setup. Try restarting your device and running the installer again.
On Windows, go to Settings > Apps and find Antivirus Pro in the list. On macOS, drag the app from Applications to Trash. On mobile, press and hold the app icon and select uninstall. To reinstall, download a fresh copy from our website or app store.
